Returns & Refund policy

Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping (For Order above QAR 80/-) is available to selected locations within the state of Qatar. For International shipping, please contact customer care for special arrangements and shipping charges. Most Orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of confirmation of order. No orders are processed or shipped on Fridays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email. If the delay is due to back-order, you will receive notice by email and be given the choice to remain on back-order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

For items listed on Pre-Order section, the item will be delivered within 14 to 20 working days.

Signatures are required for all orders. If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Returns:

Not completely satisfied or ordered the incompatible socket/ color? You can return the item in their original condition within 2 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (without any damages) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the reason for returning is not due to damages/ fault on the product delivered by QatarAutoShop.com, an amount equivalent to 30% from the total value of the refund will be charged as handling fees. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as fragrance, polish cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we may refund your amount at the time of collecting the returned product. For certain products, we may provide you a refund within two days of receiving your items. We shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request for a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days days or 14 working days for payments done through credit/ debit cards.

Shipping/ Delivery costs are non-refundable.

*Please note, in the event of a refund, if the total order/ purchase value falls below QAR 80/- after deducting the approved refund amount, we shall charge a delivery fee of QAR 15/-. To be eligible for free delivery, total order/ purchase value should be above QAR 80/- as stated in our terms of sale. Items returned not due to malfunction/ damages shall incur a fee of 30% of the total refund amount as handling charges.

Late or Missing refunds

For Paypal Payments - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or your credit card company, it may take up to 14 working days for your bank to reverse/ refund the transaction. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and this is solely by the bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@qatarautoshop.com
For Cash On Delivery - Refund may be provided immediately at the time of collection or for some products that may require product verification/ checking, we may provide cash refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned items to our warehouse.

Sale/ Discounted Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold on Promotions/ Discounts cannot be refunded.

Replacement:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@qatarautoshop.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping.

When returning your product, the buyer shall be responsible for arranging/ paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our office in Al Shaqb Street, Ar-Rayyan.

Shipping/ Delivery fees are non-refundable. Please note, in the event of an item being returned for a partial refund and if the actual order value (Original ordered amount minus the value of item returned) falls below the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping, we shall charge a delivery fee as per the shipping rates for the delivery address provided at check out. To be eligible for free delivery, total actual order value should be above QAR 80/- after an item is refunded as stated in our terms of sale.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
